What's new for 2006? We have all kinds of shirts, caps and jackets. Won't you company look great with your logo on the front and a cap to go with it? Yes it will! We also do screenprinting. New too are: Patches and Boy Scout Scarfs with real silver and gold thread. Eagle Scouts never looked better!

How does it work? We work your order and send you a sewn picture in your e-mail. Once we have a good sewn logo confirmed, it's scheduling time. We forecast "sew dates". Payment will be required before shipment. Established customers, 10 working days net. Next, it's UPS to the destination you request. Finally, you will get an e-mail with a tracking number and our "Thanks for your business"!

About us? We are a custom embroidery house 15 miles south of Kansas City, Missouri. We've expanded to meet the demand. We use Tajima machines and Madeira rayon thread from Madeira Japan. We're computerized with great software to make your logo. Shipping is usually "UPS ground". To insure good service we use a variety of technological tools. (e-mail, e-mail attachments, faxes, scanning and of course the phone). Our e-mail, phone and fax lines are always on. As you can see, we work your order with all the tools and techniques that help the process go smoothly. We want to solve problems before they come up. Still, we know there will be questions.
